This is a landscape photo taken in the summer along a hiking trail that passes over a rocky area in a forest. It was a sunny day, so shadows can be seen on the rocky trail. The photo was taken looking up a slight incline with a wooded area in the background. Fallen pine needles can be seen over much of the terrain in this area.

This is a landscape photo (taken in the summer) of a smaller rock formation in a forested wilderness campground area. A mix of deciduous and coniferous trees can be seen in the background. It was a sunny day so shadows can be seen on the ground which is blanketed in pine needles.

This is a landscape photo taken during the summer from a lookout at the top of a hiking trail. An outcropping of granite rock is in the foreground with a forest extending in the distance. A lower level mountain range can next be seen in the distance. The sky above is a vivid blue with only a few white clouds in view.

This is a landscape photo taken in the summer along a hiking trail that is located in the "Canadian Shield". The slight assent up the trail navigates over rocky terrain with prominent tree roots present. It was a sunny day so both sunshine and shadows can be seen on the various levels of the trail's route. Moss can be seen on some of the rocky areas with trees present at the top of the slight incline.
