This is a landscape photo taken in the summer from a rocky shoreline looking out over a larger lake. The sky is an interesting shade of blue with only a few white clouds near the horizon. Some coniferous trees can be seen at differing distances. Smaller waves can be seen on the water's surface.

This is a landscape photo taken in the summer along a hiking trail that is located in the "Canadian Shield". The slight assent up the trail navigates over rocky terrain with prominent tree roots present. It was a sunny day so both sunshine and shadows can be seen on the various levels of the trail's route. Moss can be seen on some of the rocky areas with trees present at the top of the slight incline.
