There are so many Common Blues this year! Tried to take a photo of a Cabbage White, but they are too quick! 😂✨

This is a close-up photo of a small common blue butterfly which is on top a pink knapweed/star thistle blossom. The knapweed has a long thin green stem. The butterfly jas patterned spots with orange highlights along the edges. In the backgroind there is some warm, soft sunlight.
