Ce jeune merle a l'air de jauger son adversaire avant de partir à la bagarre.

Un merle juvénile posé dans une coupelle en terre cuite, les deux pieds dans l'eau. Il est face à l'objectif, le cou légèrement baissé vers la gauche et la tête inclinée. On dirait qu'il se moque un peu. Ou bien qu'il pose pour une appli de rencontre en mode "beau gosse" Il est éclairé par le soleil sur sa droite. Derrière lui, un pot de fleurs en terre cuite rectangulaire et un peu de végétation. La photo est ensoleillée, les couleurs contrastées et vives.

Un chevalier gambette debout dans un marécage peu profond, l'eau arrive en dessous de ses genoux. On le voit de trois quarts face, la tête tournée vers la gauche. Il cligne des yeux. Autour de lui, la berge de l'étang est couverte de salicorne bien verte, que l'eau reflète par endroits. La photo est lumineuse et contrastée. Une tourterelle turque, de profil. Elle est perchée sur une branche d'acacia sans feuilles, surplombant un jardin. Ses plumes sont gonflées pour conserver la chaleur, ses yeux sont fermés. Elle est éclairée par un rayon de soleil qui fait ressortir le contraste des couleurs de la photo.

Il était presque en mode camouflage celui-là.

Au centre de la photo, vu d'assez loin et presque caché dans un tamaris au feuillage roux automnal, un martin pêcheur observe l'eau de l'étang situé juste en dessous de lui. L'eau est d'un bleu pastel clair, aux reflets blancs et gris. L'oiseau et quelques feuilles du tamaris sont délicatement éclairés par les rayons dorés du soleil de fin d'après midi. L'ambiance est calme, légèrement sombre.
