Built in the 1960s, this iconic break-taking building has a grand façade of blue-hued columns and arches. It closed down in the 1990s, after the fall of the USSR brought an abrupt end to spa tourism in this region.

Not to be confused with the Lakeview or Lake County in California.
I checked google street view and this sign has been repainted since this photo was taken on our week-long road trip in 2006. The style has been updated, but I liked it like this. :)
