Zum heute eine Schwebfliege (Familie Syrphidae) auf den Blüten der kanadischen Goldrute. Wahrscheinlich ist es eine Wollschwebfliege (Volucella). Ihr Aussehen ist typische Mimikry - sie ahmt eine wehrhafte Biene oder Wespe nach.

Heute werde ich wieder fast den ganzen Tag vom Verein vereinnahmt.
Leider nicht in der Mühle.
Man hat mich als Techniker bei den Vorträgen zu den Klostertagen gebunden.
Das ist interessant, aber auch anstrengend.
Habt einen schönen Samstag.

Eine kurze Erklärung zum Bild im Folgetröt.

Das Bild zeigt eine junge Monameerkatze (Cercopithecus mona), die mit allen Vieren quer vor dem Betrachter auf einem ockerfarbenen Erdboden steht. Um die Taille des Äffchens wurde ein schwarzes Band gebunden, dessen Ende nach oben aus dem Bild zu einem nicht sichtbaren Menschen führt. Das Fell dieser Tiere ist an der Oberseite rötlichbraun und an der Unterseite weiß gefärbt. Der Bereich um die Augen ist blaugrau, die Augenbrauen sind schwarz, auf der Stirn befindet sich ein weißer Streifen. Die Haare um das Gesicht sind gelb, von den Augen zu den Ohren erstreckt sich ein schwarzer Streifen. Die Ohren tragen weiße Büschel. Sie erreichen eine Kopfrumpflänge von 35 bis 55 Zentimetern, eine Schwanzlänge von 70 bis 90 Zentimetern und ein Gewicht von bis zu 4,4 Kilogramm (Männchen) beziehungsweise 2,5 Kilogramm (Weibchen), zählen also zu den kleineren Meerkatzenarten.
