From my hike today. The sun was emerging from the morning marine layer, creating patches of light and shadow.

A hike through rolling hills of Johnson Ranch in San Luis Obispo. The hills are shades of gold, tan and brown with scattered patterns of oak trees. The morning clouds are in the process of dissipating, leaving patches of sun and shadows on the hills, a delightful play on light. The sky is blue with mottled clouds.
