A ridiculously charming Welsh stone cottage for

A traditional Welsh stone cottage with dark wood trim and leaded diamond-paned windows. A manicured green hedge, and a lush blue hydrangea bush in full bloom in front with scattered orange autumn leaves along the ground.

Looking out across an estuary in North Wales. Large, vibrant pink hydrangea bushes bloom along a sun-dappled gravel path under a bright blue sky. In the distance, the hills of Eryri rise under a line of low fluffy clouds.

Day 240

Best I got today is this view from my front garden. Yep... Managed to get out of my front door and walk 6 whole feet for this pic. And also did so in the 3 minutes that a blue sky popped out. It's a mess, but it's my mess.

Vibrant pink and white cone-shaped hydrangeas bloom along a slate pathway in a front garden. In the background, a traditional white two-story European stone house with a dark slate roof stands under a blue sky scattered with white clouds.

Day 231

Raindrops on hydrangeas. We're finally getting some proper Welsh weather after a long, hot, dry summer.

Macro shot of the rounded petals and delicate dark veins of a white hydrangea flower covered with fresh raindrops, against a blurry, darkened background of purple-pink petals.

Fading in the summer heat. I always am fascinated by colors intermixing, fading into each other, and the gradients that develop in plants.

What were once clusters of vivid blue-purple hydrangea blossoms are now fading. A ribbon of round clusters in shades of blue, lilac, green, white and purple deploys across the photo, with the still bright green leaves contrasting with the pastel fading colors.

A vibrant close-up of violet and lilac lacecap hydrangeas blossoming along the bank of a tranquil river. Warm daylight illuminates the delicate petals and lush green leaves in the foreground. In the background, calm water reflects the surrounding foliage and blue sky, framed by overhanging trees creating a shimmering bokeh effect in the bright summer light.
